To operate its interface, the Website uses browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), a mechanism similar to cookies. It stores only settings and technical markers: the selected interface language, the colour theme (light or dark), whether the custom cursor is enabled, the volume and state of the background music, and — only until the browser tab is closed — the history of the current conversation with the AI assistant, the source of the visit to the Website and markers of interface elements that have already been shown.
This data is stored in the user's browser, is not used to track the user across other websites and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. It can be deleted at any time by clearing the data for zhibul.software in the browser settings (see Section 5). After that, the Website returns to its default settings — for example, the colour theme will again follow the device settings.
If a user resorts to profanity or insults in a conversation with the AI assistant and the violation is repeated after a warning, the conversation is ended and access to the AI assistant is restricted. For this purpose, a technical restriction marker is stored in browser storage (localStorage): a random identifier and the date it was set, without the text of the conversation or any other information about the user. The marker is kept for no longer than 1 year and is used solely to keep the restriction in effect on subsequent visits to the Website. It does not affect any other features of the Website, including submitting the feedback form.
The Website does not use advertising cookies and does not engage in retargeting or displaying personalized advertising to visitors.
