1. General Provisions

This Copyright Notice (hereinafter — the "Notice") sets out the terms for using the content, design, and architecture of the website zhibul.software (hereinafter — the "Website"), the rights holder of which is Ivan Vyacheslavovich Zhibul, contact email: zhibul.software@gmail.com (hereinafter — the "Rights Holder").

By using the Website, the user agrees to the terms of this Notice.

2. Copyrighted Works

The following are protected as copyrighted works, in particular:

• the Website's source code (server-side and client-side logic, scripts, styles);
• the Website's design: page layout, color schemes, graphic elements, animations, and visual effects (including the "Matrix" background animation, the custom cursor, and the brief interface elements);
• the Website's sound design: background music generated by the Website's program code in real time, including its moods, arrangement, and sound effects;
• the architectural and technical solutions used in developing the Website;
• texts, the structure of sections, the names of service directions and briefs, and other original materials published on the Website.

These works are the result of intellectual activity and are protected under the copyright and related rights legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as applicable international treaties, in particular the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.

3. Exclusive Rights of the Rights Holder

The Rights Holder holds the exclusive right to use the works listed in Section 2 in any manner and in any form, including reproduction, distribution, adaptation, and communication to the public.

4. Use of Website Materials

Without the Rights Holder's prior written consent, it is prohibited to:

• copy, reproduce, or otherwise use the Website's source code, in whole or in part;
• copy or reproduce the Website's design or its individual elements (layout, style, animations, visual solutions, sound design) when creating other websites or products;
• use the Website's architectural and technical solutions for commercial purposes;
• distribute, publish, or otherwise use the Website's texts or other materials outside the Website;
• decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the Website's source code where it has not been made publicly available.

5. Permitted Use

Without special permission from the Rights Holder, the following is permitted:

• viewing the Website in a browser for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• placing direct hyperlinks to the Website's pages;
• quoting individual text fragments of the Website with mandatory attribution (a link to the Website) to the extent justified by the purpose of the quotation.

6. Third-Party Components and Materials

The Website's development uses third-party libraries, fonts, and services (in particular, i18next, Font Awesome, Yandex.Metrica), the rights to which belong to their respective rights holders and are governed by their own licenses. This Notice does not apply to such components.

7. Materials Provided by Users

Information that a user provides when filling out a brief or the contact form (project description, task details, other information) remains the property of the user or the organization they represent. The Rights Holder uses such information solely for the purposes specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy, and does not claim copyright over it.

8. Liability for Infringement

Using the Website's copyrighted works in a manner not provided for in Section 5 of this Notice, without the Rights Holder's consent, constitutes an infringement of exclusive rights and may entail liability under the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and applicable international law.

9. Changes to This Notice

The Rights Holder has the right to make changes to this Notice. The current version is always available at zhibul.software/legal/copyright. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of the document.
