About Me

I've been in IT for over 10 years — started out building websites, and grew into architecture and leading development teams of up to 40 people at a bank, on integration projects, and in product companies. I care equally about the management side and the hard technical side: designing architecture, integrating systems, DevOps and CI/CD. I try to be rational about the choice of solution: if an off-the-shelf service, SaaS, or no-code tool will do the job, I won't push a client into custom development just to build something elegant. But if the process is unique to the business, or ready-made tools hit a wall, I'll build it natively, from scratch.

One stage along the way was my own project — I was one of the co-founders of a SaaS service for automating passenger transportation (web and mobile apps, SMS and GPS-tracking integrations), which eventually reached sales in several countries. These days I combine consulting, hands-on native coding, and building AI solutions for business — from chatbots that qualify leads on their own to automating internal processes.
